This is the consultation site for the proposals for the development of the Former National Grid Site, Millennium Way.
YourTRIBE are proposing a purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) and purpose built shared living development (PBSL) on Millennium Way, with around 700 PBSA rooms and 400 PBSL rooms, and significant public realm and landscaping. 35% of the PBSA rooms will be provided at rents capped by the Mayor of London. 10% will be wheelchair accessible or adaptable. There will also be generous internal amenity spaces in both buildings and outdoor spaces including a courtyard and rooftop spaces.
